Web users
The Fizzback Group will not edit, share or disclose any personal information about clients or prospective clients without your prior consent. This information will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Names, comments and contact details of those who use the "Contact Us" or “Feedback” feature are forwarded to the corresponding Fizzback employee. These details will not be made available to any third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from them.
Consumers
We endeavour to process any personal information relating to users from which you may be identified, in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998. Information may be processed in accordance with our Data Protection Registration and we shall not process user personal information (eg name, address, transaction details) in any manner incompatible with those purposes or without your consent unless we are required by law to do so.
We shall not request or process any sensitive personal data about you. We shall not retain personal information relating to you longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it obtained. These details will not be made available to any third parties beyond your service provider.
Opt Out
The Fizzback Group recognizes that users may not wish to be contacted. We allow you to opt out of any e-mail marketing that may result from use of the site or any other electronic communication from Fizzback.
