Jonathan McKay – Chairman
Jonathan McKay is an industry veteran with over 30 years of international experience, focussed on Telco infrastructure software.Earlier in his career McKay was Vice President and General Manager of Sun Microsystems’ Tools and Integration business unit. He joined Sun as a result of the company’s $700 million acquisition of Forte, where he held the role of COO and CMO and was responsible for driving product and market strategy from the corporate HQ in San Francisco. Prior to Forte, McKay ran European sales operations for Sybase and held management positions with StorageTek and Sperry Univac.

Rob Keve – CEO
Rob founded The Fizzback Group in 2004 to realise his vision for empowering consumers to provide instant customer feedback, converting the voice of customer into actionable insight and enabling businesses to use the structured intelligence to manage their customers in real-time. Today, some of the world’s leading companies are deriving competitive advantage using Fizzback.Rob has deep experience of running, advising and investing in enabling-technology businesses. Prior to The Fizzback Group, Rob was the Managing Partner of 3K Digital a technology venture fund, where he led the fund’s investments into telecoms, software and internet applications. Previously, Rob was a lead consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton specialising in consulting in strategy and marketing to UK & European blue-chip businesses.

He holds two degrees from Bristol University and an MBA from Kellogg Business School in the United States.

Jonathan Morris – Operations Director
Jonathan Morris has become a UK leader in methods for generating and interpreting customer feedback. He is responsible for the client relationship and project management teams.Jonathan has built a broad base of experience across marketing, advertising and careers. Jonathan was previously Commercial Director for TCG, University of London where he was responsible for developing its acclaimed continuous improvement program through customer feedback. Jonathan was also founder and director of the consumer service and marketing business A La Card ltd.

Jonathan holds a degree in politics from Leicester University.

John Coldicutt – VP Channels & Alliances
John is responsible for driving incremental revenue through value-added partnerships with industry leading ISVs, consultancies and BPOs.Before joining Fizzback, John’s most recent role was with Amdocs, a NYSE listed provider of customer experience systems, where he was Global Director of Marketing for their consulting and BPO businesses. Prior to that, John was Director of Marketing across EMEA and Latin America. John joined Amdocs to run their global strategy for business intelligence and marketing automation, during which time he brokered a strategic alliance between two global top 10 software companies, Amdocs and SAS.

Prior to Amdocs, John spent three years at Hyperion (now part of Oracle), a Business Performance Management software vendor. John began his career at global glass manufacturers Pilkington (now part of NSG) where he held roles in operational research, IT transformation and ultimately in strategy where reporting into the European Board, drove a three year strategic review that resulted in some of the company’s most successful product launches and over £100 million in incremental revenue.

Rowland Adshead – Commercial Director, EMEA
Rowland is responsible for all sales activities in EMEA.Rowland has over 20 years experience in the IT business. Before joining Fizzback, Rowland was the Managing Director of Microstrategy in the UK and Ireland, the leading independent provider of Business Intelligence solutions. Before that Rowland was the VP of Oracle’s CRM and Siebel business in UK, Ireland and Africa. Prior to Oracle’s acquisition, Rowland worked at Siebel for eight years and was responsible for the commercial business across Telco, Media, Utilities, Retail and Manufacturing. He began his career at DEC in a variety of pre-sales and technical roles. He graduated from Leicester University with a first in Mathematics.

Christine Ferguson – VP Sales, Communications, North America
Christine has more than 20 years of solution sales experience and leadership in the Information Technology, Network and Lines of Business for large Telecom Service Providers . Prior to joining Fizzback, Christine was the Global Account Director for AT&T at Salesforce.com, the leading cloud computing based CRM provider.Before that Christine carried numerous roles over twelve years with BEA Systems including Director of Sales for the Southeast Region, Global Account Director for AT&T and Senior Account Director for the largest accounts in the region spanning the Communications, Logistics and Financial Services, industries.

Christine graduated from Mercer University Atlanta with a BA in Communications.

Neil Lavelle – VP Engineering
Neil is responsible for all Engineering, Delivery and IT operations at Fizzback.Neil was most recently Head of Development of Aircom International, a leading independent provider of IP and cellular network and data management tools and services. At Aircom Neil was responsible for the global development organization and led an agile revolution that saw efficiency and quality increase dramatically during his tenure.

Previously Neil was Director of Engineering at Tideway systems (now BMC) and held various leadership and software development roles at Orchestream (now Oracle) including being one of the founding Engineers.

Neil holds a 1st class Computer Science degree from the University of Kent.

Jonathan Feinmesser- CFO
Jonathan has over 10 years’ experience working in senior finance roles within the technology, media and communications field, including managing finance and HR functions of high growth fast moving organizations within a global environment.Prior to joining Fizzback Jonathan was Finance Director of Phaidon, a niche global publisher, where he implemented new financial systems and controls throughout the business. Before that Jonathan was Global Head of Telco finance operations at Equant, achieving global recognition for generating significant cost savings across the group.

Jonathan is an ACA qualified; Arthur Andersen trained accountant who graduated from Manchester University with a BA in Economics, as well as attaining an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Mike Chalfen – Non-executive Director
Mike is a General Partner at Advent Venture Partners, one of Europe’s most established venture and growth capital firms, investing in world-class technology and life science businesses.Mike has made 25 investments in media and technology and served on 17 Boards. Before Advent, Mike was a partner at Apax Partners, where he was involved in growth buyouts such Future Publishing (FUT.L) and Ginger Media (sold to SMG); growth equity investments in SuSE Linux (sold to Novell), Eyretel (sold to Witness Systems), and King.com; and startups such as eDreams.com (sold to TA Associates), QXL.com (sold to Naspers), and Tideway Systems (sold to BMC). Prior to Apax he worked at the Boston Consulting Group.

Mike was the Choate Fellow at Harvard University, and has a first class degree with distinction in History from Cambridge University.

Robin Klein – Non-executive Director
Robin Klein is an experienced creator of and investor in fast growth businesses. He specialises in Consumer facing, Branded, Multi-channel retail operations and Internet Services.With over ten years on Public Company boards in UK and South Africa, Robin’s career highlights to date include CEO of Innovations Group PLC, Managing Director of Arcadia Marketing & Home Shopping and Chairman of Agent Provocateur. He also runs The Accelerator – an investment group with a portfolio of early-stage technology. Robin brings an expert understanding of consumer behaviour, excellence in customer service processes and designing outstanding customer experiences.

Robin is an active advocate of The Fizzback Group.

Jordi Viñas – Non-executive Director
Jordi is a General Partner at NautaCapital, a cross-atlantic venture capital firm specialized in TMT investment operating out of its Boston and Barcelona offices. He focuses most of his investment activity in the wireless and security verticals, and is on the board of several of these companies.Jordi´s industry specialization lies in wireless telecommunications. He has been providing advice to telecoms companies for the past 15 years. Jordi was a founding partner of Cluster Consulting in 1993. In 2000 he became a VP at DiamondCluster, and a member of the Worldwide Operating Committee after the merger. Prior to DiamondCluster he worked at Gemini consulting and at The Monitor Company.

Jordi holds a degree in Business Sciences and an MBA from ESADE. He also holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona.
