The Fizzback Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Lavelle as VP of Engineering.
Neil was most recently Head of Development of Aircom International, a leading independent provider of IP and cellular network and data management tools and services. At Aircom Neil was responsible for the global development organization and led an agile revolution that saw efficiency and quality increase dramatically during his tenure. Previously Neil was Director of Engineering at Tideway systems (now BMC) and held various leadership and software development roles at Orchestream (now Oracle) including being one of the founding Engineers.
Neil is a passionate, energetic leader and is committed to getting the absolute best out his organization, he has more than 10 years of deep software experience, particularly in Agile development methodologies. His professional background is focused in Enterprise / Telecommunications network, service and configuration management and related disciplines.
Neil says, “At Aircom I led several key initiatives that allowed us to re-invent significant portions of the Engineering organization to significantly increase our effectiveness.
