The Fizzback Group is pleased to announce that Jim Slater, Marketing and CRM Director at Phones4U will present how the retailer has differentiated itself on superior customer experience at the ECMW show in London on May 13th. Jim’s presentation, entitled “Seven Habits of Tomorrow’s Customer Experience Leaders” will give practical advice on how to engage with customers, before, during and after the online or in-store purchase, highlighting how customer feedback is driving their operation.

ECMW will take place between the 12th and 15th of May at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, and will feature, among others, Sir Richard Branson, Stephen Covey, Fred Reichheld and Ken Blanchard. In addition to hosting the Phones4U talk, Fizzback will provide an instant feedback service at the event, ensuring that the organisers have all the information they need to deliver the best possible experience at the event, and host a lunchtime workshop on Wednesday 14th.
